Holiday Centre – open year round, situated against picturesque scenery of hillside greens, on a scarp of the river Łomnica in Karpacz Dolny.
Karpacz is the best-known resort in the Karkonosze mountains (Dolnośląskie Province) located at the foot of the mount of Śnieżka (1602 m above sea level). The town is situated at the altitudes from 480 to 885 m above sea level in a narrow and steep valley of Łomnica. Thanks to its location, it is a perfect sport and recreation centre both in winter and summer. Numerous hiking trails pass through Karpacz including the most famous one leading to Śnieżka. At the top of Śnieżka, you will find Saint Laurence’s baroque chapel, a lodge and a weather station.
Accommodation
the centre offers 89 beds in hotel rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people with a complete sanitary system. Each room has a balcony and is provided with a TV set and a radio. The centre also offers three additional brick bungalow-type cottages. The cottages consist of three parts:
part “A” for 5 – 6 people, with a complete sanitary system, consists of a large living-room (1 or 2 couches) with a TV set, a double bedroom and a double mezzanine;
part “B” for 3 – 4 people, with a complete sanitary system, TV set and a radio.
